A Week-long Stay at an All-Inclusive Private Costa Rica Villa in Guanacaste

This year we are featuring a very special sealed bid auction item: a seven-night stay for up to 20 guests at an all-inclusive luxury villa in Costa Rica.
The winner of this amazing item will enjoy an unforgettable vacation! You'll be welcomed by a full hospitality staff readily available to ensure your every need is met. You will receive the best culinary experience with a private chef who will create exquisite meals according to your preferences.
Accommodation during the stay will include:
- three meals per day for all guests
- alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- access to on-site amenities and services, including a two-tiered infinity pool with swim-up bar
- private chef and bartender
- concierge, housekeeping, and laundry services
Transportation, on-site spa services, and excursions are available to guests for an additional fee.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. Six bedrooms each have one king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have two queen-sized beds. Children are welcome!
This package includes a seven-night stay between April 1, 2026 and March 30, 2027. Dates to be chosen by the winner, subject to availability. Available dates do not include any days between April 1-5, 2026, December 19, 2026 – January 2, 2027, and March 20-28, 2026. Please see website for updated rental calendar.

How to Bid on the Sealed Bid Item
We will be accepting bids through email for the Costa Rica Villa auction item February 5th through February 26th at noon.
Bidding on this special auction item will be open to all (not limited to event ticket holders).
How this auction will work:
- All bids will be submitted via email to lrobinson@christchilddc.org.
- Unlike a live auction, where bidders actively compete against each other, the bids submitted in this auction will remain unknown to others.
- Once the bidding closes on February 26th, the item will go to the highest bidder who will pay the amount of their submitted bid.
- In the event of a tie, the winning bid will go to the bid that was submitted first.
You have three weeks to submit your bids! If you are bidding as a group, please designate one person to submit the bid on behalf of the group.
Any bids submitted after February 26th at noon will not be considered.
Minimum bid: $20,000
